Conditions of Use

1. How to book 
a) Please register and purchase your holiday. If you have not found your holiday please email us your requirements. We will quote the holiday for you. 
b) We will send you confirmation email with a link to the PayPal payment system. We reqiure 50% deposit. If your departure date is within 6 weeks of the date of a purchase a full payment is required. 

2) Changes and/or Cancellations 
a) The Company will make every effort to assist clients wishing to alter their arrangements. In the event of a client wishing to change a booking previously confirmed by the Company (up to 60 days before the departure) a fixed 20GBP administration fee will be required. 
b) Cancellation by the client: any cancellation by the client must be advised to the Company in writing (signed by the same person who signed the original booking form) The following charges will be payable by the client, depending upon the number of days prior to departure date when the Company receives notice of cancellation: 50-30 days prior to departure 50GBP cancellation fee 
29-15 days prior to departure - 45% of the holiday price 
14-1 days prior to departure60% of the holiday price 
Departure date or after ..................100% of the holiday price 
c) Amendments or cancellation by the company If the client does not pay the balance of the holiday price due by six weeks before departure date, the Company reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled, and to forfeit the deposit paid. The Company reserves the right to modify the exact route and duration of the days riding. Every effort will be made to operate all holidays as advertised, in the event of any material modification, or of any cancellation, the Company will use its best endeavours to offer alternative arrangements of a comparable standard or to make a full and prompt refund of all monies paid by the client. The Company will not normally materially modify or cancel any holiday within four weeks of departure, except in circumstances beyond the Companys control. The Company will then use its best endeavours to offer the client an alternative holiday of comparable standard, or make a full and prompt refund of all monies paid to it by the client. The Company will then have no further liability to the client for costs or expenses, direct or calculated. 

3. Responsibility of the Company 
a) The Company applies all reasonable checks to ensure that those involved in the preparation and provision of your holiday maintain the appropriate standards. 
b) The descriptions, information and opinions given in the brochure by the Company in respect of the hotels and other suppliers whose services are used are given in good faith, based on the latest information available at the time of going to press or online. In the event of circumstances outside the control of the Company resulting in a limitation or withdrawal of facilities, the Company cannot be held responsible. 
c) The use by the Company of transport or accommodation in connection with a clients holiday is subject to the conditions of the operators or owners of such transport or accommodation, for whom the company acts as agent.
d) Flights forming part of the holiday are subject to the conditions on the ticket issued by the carrying airline(s). 

4. Client Responsibilities 
a) The client is responsible for taking out all the necessary personal insurance including health and baggage insurance. Any passports, visas, health certificates, International Driving Licenses, or other travel documentation required for the holiday must be obtained by the client, whose responsibility it remains to ensure that these are in order and to meet any additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by the Company on the client's behalf) as a result of failure to comply with such requirements. 
b) The client is responsible for filling out the booking form as accurately and as truthfully as possible and under no circumstances to exaggerate riding ability or fitness level. 
c) The client understands that anyone riding or coming near a horse can suffer bodily or other injuries. Horses are unpredictable by their nature. When frightened by real or perceived danger or when under stress they can jump forward or sideways, run, buck, bite, kick or rear without warning. Risk of injury is inherent in this activity. The client agrees to assume the risk of injury or death caused by horseback riding. The Company requires all Clients to have Travel Insurance covering horse riding (and/or) horse jumping. 
d) The Company requires riding helmets to be worn when riding the horses. 
e) No credit or refund is possible for any unused element included in the basic holiday price. No refunds or price reductions for partly or wholly unused accommodation facilities or services ordered by the client or for meals not taken will be payable. 
f) The client will be responsible for each member of the party included in this booking. 

5. Complaints 
a) The contract and these conditions shall be governed in all respects by Polish law. Should the unlikely situation arise that you have a complaint about any aspect of the Company´s arrangements, the complaint should be reported immediately to us in order that we may be given the opportunity to correct the matter during your holiday. The Company is unable to consider any complaints in respect of holiday arrangements unless full details are received in writing at the Company's offices within seven days of the holiday's end.
